Cambodia’s economic growth predicted 6.6% in 2012: World Bank

PHNOM PENH: the World Bank here said May 23 that the economic growth of Cambodia will project 6.6 percent even though it slightly downed from last year growth, which was 6.9 percent. “Cambodian economy has continued its high growth path as real GDP expanded by 6.9 per cent in 2011 and is expected to growth by 6.6 per cent in 2012.” the report from world bank said, adding that Cambodia has been one of the fastest growing countries in the world over the past ten years…
